Abstract :

The nutritional value of mulberry leaves is greatly considered not only the food for silkworm but also regarded as a best supplementary food for cattle’s. The present study was aimed to determine before and after feeding of mulberry leaves of the cow milk.Energy– dispersive X–ray (EDX) spectrum of elements such as O, Na, Mg, S, P, Cl, K and Ca were found in the cow milk.Oxygen was observed in the highest (69.9 %) weight and magnesium was least (0.97 %) weight in cow milk after the feeding of mulberry leaves and before feeding of cow milk sulphur was least (1.29 %) weight and oxygen was highest (83.64 %) weight observed.
