In the current scenario customs clearance of goods and procedure services have to undertake both large- scale projects as well as small-scale projects simultaneously. Projects always need to be planned, scheduled, and estimated and finally, those plans need to be executed and the building needs to be constructed at each stage. When a group of people are working together there are chances for conflict and disputes among the people because all the people won’t think in the same way and thoughts differ between peoples.
