The congruence of being biased in the personal life, working place or even with peers and friends create a social complexity of causation of conflicts , to explain in depth, the morale of discrimination, stereotyping, prejudice and even feeling ignored and de motivated could create a impact of negative emotional psychology between the people who are in groups. Hence to address the consequences faced due to the conflict indicators are being considered and been analysed with related case studies with theoretical solutions with help of addressing the organisational conflicts with ideating a inhouse mediator at early stage of conflicts with step by step process considering the emotions, discrimination, social and cultural complexity .in this research we have adopted a in house mediator to address those conflict indicators to over come the emotional imbalance with using psychology and law expertise person ,As India is foreseeing a international and global exposure the general persona of the individual should explicitly have the cultural, emotional and psychological stability to overcome the cross cultural barriers in the organisational settings in order to over come these conflict causing indicators.
